We’ve built out a great space at 4133 White Oak Drive. Our philosophy can be seen throughout. We’ve up-cycled some Western cedar from a fence behind my dad’s house, turned a storm damaged black walnut tree from Cullman into our tables, and harvested a great slab of Alabama White Marble from Sylacauga as our center table.
The space features art from my buddy Micah over at Old Try and my friend Major over at Major Colbert Photography. In addition to our hot food, we’ve got several fantastic local products like honey, locally roasted coffee, house milled spelt flour, house milled almond and pecan butter, and our own biscuit mix so you can take the goodness wherever you're headed.
I’m Jonathan. I’ve got a family. A beautiful wife, Meredith, and five fantastic kiddos. What started out as a quest to nourish ourselves with the best foods we could get our hands on, has turned into The Alabama Biscuit Company. Armed with sprouted and stone milled ancient grain, organic and pasture based fats, as many local and organic ingredients as we can find along the way, and a good old-fashioned biscuit recipe, we aim to bring some tasty nourishment to the world. Next time you’re around here stop in and say hello. We’ve got a biscuit with your name on it. See the full menu →
